Oil Change
Is it time to have your oil changed and your engine inspected? We at Tire Factory understand that for a service performed so frequently on your vehicle it is important to you to select a shop that you can trust to perform the work correctly and quickly. The wear from constant friction, heat, and environmental pollutants on your engine oil will eventually destroy its ability to lubricate and cool your engine, making it very important to have it changed.
During the oil change service our technicians will have the oil correctly changed, visually inspect your engine for potential issues and suggest any additional repairs, replace oil filter and top off all engine fluids, as well as perform the services listed below. We recommend visiting us every 3,000 to 5,000 miles to have your oil changed to maximize your engine life and make sure the rest of your engine components are in proper working order.
- Drain old oil and refill
- Install new oil filter
- Lubricate chassis
- Inspect air filter
- Check breather element & PCV valve
- Top off fluids:
- Power steering fluid
- Battery fluid
- Power Steering Fluid
- Windshield fluid
- Transmission or transaxle fluid
- Differential fluid
- Check engine coolant level
- Check windshield wiper blades
- Check & set tire pressure
- Inspect exterior lights
- Inspect antifreeze/coolant levels
- Inspect Serpentine belts
- Wash exterior windows
- Vacuum interior
